I've always found it so difficult to describe myself; I'm a bit of an enigma. My name is Jacoby, but I'm sure you already knew that. I'm the creator of ThePistachioedCook.com, a new food blog that is anything but ordinary.

I grew up in a tiny little town in South Florida, of which about 99.9% of the world's population has never heard of.

I traveled a bit during college, and quite a bit more after before settling back into the South Florida lifestyle with my little dog Chester; he's awesome!
