I've been a major foodie all my life. Instead of coming home and watching cartoons after school, I watched Julia Child, The Galloping Gourmet and other...(OK, I did watch SOME cartoons, I WAS a kid after all!!) When I was a wee bit older I decided that I should go to Culinary School, and I picked the best I could, The Culinary Institute of America and graduated in 1996. I've been involved in the industry in some form or another since then, and wouldn't have it any other way. I love good food, wine, beer and conversation, I am an avid homebrewer of both beer and mead, and I love to work with chocolate. Having me in your home or restaurant to showcase my talents would be an experience you would remember for a long time. I have a burning passion for all things food and seasoning. I love to work with the freshest of ingredients, the most exotic of spices, and the simplest of preparations. I am a chef....and that's all I've EVER wanted to be.
