I combine my culinary expertise with advanced nutrition knowledge to create meals that are both exceptional in flavor and designed to help you reach your lifestyle goals.
After losing over 50 pounds by following my own approach, I now help others achieve the same results without restrictive diets or giving up the foods they love.
I’m currently a certified Weight Loss Specialist, a certified Nutrition Coach, a certified Health & Wellness Coach, certified in meal planning for Type 2 Diabetes through Harvard Medical School, and I’m currently in the process of becoming a Registered Dietitian.
