Joaquin Paolo, or Chino, finished his degree in Psychology at York University in Toronto, Canada. He had initial aspirations to go to Law School, but took a backseat as he pursued other opportunities. Just like other twenty-something young professionals, he also faced the dilemma of what he wanted to do in life. He faced the pressure of studying business to be "safe and secure" with a 9 to 5 job, and the temptations of going to graduate school for the sake of earning more money, without regard for satisfaction.

It came to a surprise that a simple photograph of his food concoctions would be the birth of his latest endeavor. He has not turned back.

At the start of 2015, he launched his own food blogging site, #ChefJoaquinPaolo, which educates individuals on the wonders of cooking at home, while promoting the theme of "food bringing people together".

He confesses that his viewership is yet to reach bigger milestones, but he is truly proud to have shared his ideas among 2000+ individuals, spanning 10+ cities and across 3 continents, with his latest promotion in Paris, France.

He hopes one day to study the culinary arts, write a book, and inspire millions of people with this simple message:

"All it takes is an idea and the passion to execute something amazing. There is a reason why we are taught to read, write and speak at an early age. It is more than survival. It is our key to our own greatness".
