Over the past 25 years as a chef I have had professional training and experience in a range of 5 star Hotels & Resorts, Luxuary Cruise Liners & Country House Hotels and gaining immense knowledge of Asian, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern just to name a few.

I am extremely skilled at putting my own stamp on traditional dishes, creating new combinations and experimenting with new flavours while being carefull not to compromise the freshness and originality of the food I prepare.

I like to learn new cooking techniques and ideas and always looking to expand my culinary skills for both furthering my knowledge and as well as passing that to my colleagues.
