Chef Kwame is a young entrepeneur who started a catering business at the tender age of 21 with no formal culinary training. As of recently he has taken a small step back in order to take a giant leap forward. Enrolling in the top culinary school in the country, The Culinary Institute of America, and also apprenticing at the top restaurant in the country, Per Se. He is also mentored by Marcus Samuelsson, winner of Top Chef Masters and owner of the Red Rooster. Follow Chef Kwame on his culinary journey.
