Originally from South Louisiana, New Orleans born Chef Matt Louviere was born with a knife in one hand and a tasting spoon in the other. A graduate of the Culinary Institute at Platt College in Oklahoma, Matt's unique approach makes the most of the best ingredients, creating completely new ideas and innovative presentations while still utilizing comforting, familiar flavors. His primary goal is creating something delicious that people will want to eat, always using the highest-quality, sustainable ingredients. Chef Matt has been a personal chef for the past few years, catering to many high profile clients in Northeast Oklahoma.
He founded Canape Catering to expand on his quickly growing Personal Chef business.
