I AM CHEF MONK. I began to named myself again after the names of Francis Maria, Carlo, Augustine etc. Karl Demy Garcia Cruz (Karlos Demtri Cruz y Garcia de Robles delos Reyes) is my real name. Name after my great grandfather who is very famous in my mother's town. This name means "King" from some of European countries while the second name means "Farmer." Hence, the purpose of my birth is harvest every learnings I implanted, in order to fulfilled my destiny- to be successful.
