Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Norrawit J. Milburn was brought up in Wilmington, DE.
With a shoulder injury putting an end to his hopes of a career in American football, he decided to attend Delaware Technical College and Wilmington University to complete a course in restaurant management and marketing.
After years of training from his grandmother and mother he used his natural talent to become the Executive Chef of Ubon Thai Cuisine. He even worked with his idol Chef Gordon Ramsay on Hell’s Kitchen in 2008 and made the preliminaries with only one year of culinary practice.
Currently, he is working on his own product line of sauces and marinades and hopes that they will be featured at local groceries. His next project is opening a unique gourmet food truck franchise!
With his dedication he is striving to become the next great chef on the east coast!
