I am a native Detroiter, born and raised. I am a professional chef. Began my career as a dishwasher in 1986.
My journey as a chef has allowed me to accomplish many things in my life. I joined the Navy as a cook and lived in japan, traveled Asia. Trained & worked with some of the finest chefs in New York, Washington D.C., Portland, Oregon & Seattle. I lived in Portland, Oregon for 11 years where I opened a café, a consulting business.
I am a chef, but cooking is not all that I do.
