Have experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry as a Leader in both the private and government sectors. Substantial experience in project management of large to small scale Information Technology/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects with budgets from several hundred thousand to multi-million dollars. Provided the leadership and supervision to teams that were dispersed locally and throughout the State of West Virginia for major projects using the PMBOK methodology (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing). This also includes the ITIL Implementation and Methodology for Data and Fusion Centers which require long term maintenance and monitoring systems. Have worked with many types of equipment such as: Cisco management servers, routers, switches, firewalls, network monitoring systems, NAS, and phone systems; this includes some proprietary systems.
