I am living in Ottawa and I have ten years of experience in the hospitality industry. Italian and French-Mediterranean fusion is my style of cooking and I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Showing responsibility and dependability are qualities which I display. I show a great work ethic, commitment, and take pride in my work. My experience as a sous-chef, line/prep cook developed my accounting, receiving, bilingual (French) speaking, driving and computer skills. My goal is to become a Certified Chef de Cusine in Canada.
