After graduating from culinary school, I quickly learned that if one is going to thrive in the world of culinary arts, you have to do it for yourself. You're not going to change the world making 10 bucks an hour, although you may have to start there.

My formula for life is simple. Combine passion, creativity, and service with love. Mix well, distribute as often as possible.
