Biography
Tom Poley, aka Tom Pauley came from Belleville, New Jersey. This 43-year old former stock broker is now a chef. He studied at the French Culinary Institute in NYC and now specializes in French cuisine.

In addition, he was part of the reality television show Hell's Kitchen Season 2 as one of the contestants on the Blue Team. He was eliminated on the 4th episode of the competition.
