Chef Trevor, is originally from Plant City, FL the strawberry capital of the world! As a child he grew up in Okeechobee, FL a small town in south central, FL. After years of fishing, grilling, picking produce, and cooking with his dad, which is an avid home cook, he decided to become a chef. He graduated from Florida Culinary Institute in 2009. At this time he also met his wife Chef Betty Smith. This marriage of two talented chefs blossomed. Nott only has it brought two beautiful girls into this world, but it also created one nice chef duo! Chef Trevor's restaurant experience, travels, studies, and determination recently landed him an interview for season 10 next food network star. Chef Betty brings her heritage to the plate with both Argentinean and Cuban family recipes that have been passed for generations.
