I've worked as chef in multi culture restaurants at the north of England from 1997 till 2013.
I've studied at Newcastle College's Chefs Academy:
Professional cooking, culinary arts and manufacturing bakery.
I've been cooking Italian, French, Japanese, Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines and of course I love cooking Turkish...
I've relocated in KSA recently and I enjoy taking challenges at the new restaurant projects in Middle East & Gulf Countries.
