Founder, MediGal.sn | Co-founder, CD Strategy Consulting & Group-MLS | Clinical Operations, Color Health

Cheikh Ndiaye is a Senegalese entrepreneur and operational strategist driven by a simple but profound belief: that equitable healthcare is a fundamental human right. His journey—stretching from the vibrant streets of Thies, Dakar to the innovation hubs of Silicon Valley—is defined by a commitment to bridging the gap between advanced technology and community-centered care.

With a foundation in IT and business (SupInfo, 2003), Cheikh has spent his career refining the "how" behind complex systems. During his time with industry leaders like Brightloom, Color Health, ChefRobotics, and DoorDash’s Sally, he specialized in building the data-driven supply chains and field operations that allow modern services to scale. Today, he is applying that high-level expertise to transform healthcare access across West Africa.

As the founder of MediGal.sn, Cheikh is tackling local healthcare challenges with practical, heart-led solutions. By providing specialized emergency medical kits and training tailored to the specific needs of Senegalese communities, MediGal empowers individuals to become the first line of defense in a crisis. This spirit of service extends to his work as Co-founder of CD Strategy Consulting Group-MLS, where he advises organizations on achieving operational excellence through a lens of sustainability.

Cheikh’s approach is deeply rooted in cross-cultural collaboration. Whether he is brainstorming with tech innovators in California or partnering with healthcare providers in rural Senegal, he thrives on bringing diverse perspectives together. He listens first, ensuring that every project is grounded in cultural sensitivity and a genuine understanding of the people it serves.

Always looking toward the horizon, Cheikh is eager to connect with fellow visionaries and partners who share a passion for community empowerment. He believes that through collective action and thoughtful innovation, we can build a healthier, more resilient future for all.
