Chelo Vela Erbina

I have developed my work in different media, from engraving to sculpture, passing through the frotagge and painting. My formation was initially scientific; I studied several years mathematics in the UAM. Later impassioned by art, studied fine arts at the U.C.M., and supplemented these studies with several courses and works in Madrid, Florence, Brighton, Poio, Barcelona and Bilbao. Dedicated during the last years, mainly to digital graphic works, I develop my work in Valencia where I live since 2009. I've had exhibitions in different cities of Spain and I've been working in several countries around the world. Currently I'm heavily involved in art projects together with scientific projects, biomimethic, robotics...
