My name is Chelsea Adams and I am majoring in Communications at Rollins College. I have a passion for the world of sports and my goal is to pursue a career in sports business. Having been an athlete my entire life, I feel as though my experiences could be a valuable asset to anyone looking for a professional in the sports industry. Dedication and hard work make up the core of who I am as a person. It permeates every aspect of my life, whether it be school, sports, or work. My unique background as a competitive gymnast and golfer has given me great opportunities, including publishing an article entitled “How Gymnastics Helped My Golf Game” on the popular website GolfWRX. I also recently completed an internship in the field of marketing and public relations. My work involved promoting a theatrical production at a local church. The efforts through social media, email, phone calls, and local promotion led to an impressive turnout and near record ticket sales. I enjoy working hard for a company and seeing it translate into tangible success for everyone involved.
