Chelsea grew up on her family's farm out in Hillsboro, Oregon. After completing her undergraduate degree at Willamette University in Rhetoric and Mathematics and her master's degree at Oregon State in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Rhetorical Theory and Social Influence, she returned home to work with the people she loves the most. As Operations and Food Safety Manager at Oregon Heritage Farms, Chelsea enjoys the responsibility of making sure the people she works with are safe and the apples OHF grows and packs are safe for consumers.
