Chelsea Roelofs earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Social Thought in 2008 from Hillsdale College. While attending Hillsdale she met her husband, a Grand Rapids native. Originally from Arizona, Chelsea chose to stay in Michigan after graduating and move back to her husband’s home town. They now live in historic Heritage Hill and have two children.

Chelsea has been involved in Grand Rapids real estate since 2009. She began her career as a landlord and became an agent in 2012. She has spent quite a bit of time both professionally and personally involved in the Heritage Hill area. She is passionate about historic preservation and enjoys learning more about the early 20th century architecture that really makes the hill’s homes so unique.

Chelsea’s favorite part about her job is being able to help people find that special place that they can call home. She enjoys working with all types of clients from investors, to first time home buyers, and everyone in between.

When she’s not hard at work helping her clients buy and sell homes you can find Chelsea spending time with her kids, reading, and playing the piano. She is also the president of her sorority’s local alumni association.
