Chelsea Arita

I am originally from Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi, and I now live in San Francisco, California. I graduated from the Academy of Art University with a Bachelor's degree in (print) graphic design.

Upon graduation, I interned at a branding company, Interbrand, and freelanced at various companies throughout the Bay Area such as Bare Escentuals, University of California, San Francisco, Minted, and more.

I was fortunate enough to work with great clients such as Churchill Downs, Xerox, Tresemmè, Espirit, and Lindt.

I also worked on a plethora amount of film shoots around the Bay Area. Some of my favorite things working on film shoots were meeting new people, sometimes the scenery, and the craft services!

Growing up I taught myself HTML and CSS by viewing sources. I loved web development and creating a new site every month via Geocities or Angelfire. I eventually got hosted on someone's domain which was a really big deal back then! Kids these days have no idea.

During my free time, I enjoy playing the drums and piano, reading, working out, learning new things, taking photographs, getting excited over sciences, watching movies, and falling in love with every dog I see.
