As a former senior executive for some of the world's biggest brands (Sara Lee, Nestle, Kellogg, Dyson) I know what it takes to scale a consumer packaged goods (CPG) business.
When my values stopped aligning with the big end of town, I started to modernise the CPG industry, one challenger brand at a time.
Why?
Because there’s a decline in independent supermarket store numbers and an upswing in consumers purchasing grocery store private label products.
That means the real opportunities to get on, and off, the shelf for independent brands is challenging. With that industry landscape and decades of experience, this is what I’m now doubling down on:

- Supporting and nurturing challenger brands within the CPG sector, fostering an ecosystem where small players can thrive.
