I am Chelsea Osayande, a Nigerian public health and systems strengthening professional working at the intersection of health leadership, data, digital transformation, and institutional performance.

My work focuses on helping African health systems move from policy ambition to measurable public value. I have supported government-facing health interventions across immunization, laboratory systems, data use, performance management, and workforce capacity-building across multiple African countries.

I am especially interested in how African institutions can coordinate better, use data more intelligently, and build systems that last beyond project cycles. I have presented my work at platforms including the Africa CDC CPHIA Conference and the Harvard Africa Health Conference.

I hold a First Class degree in Medical Laboratory Science, an MPH in Epidemiology, and a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics. Beyond my formal work, I care deeply about African institutional transformation, digital health, artificial intelligence, women’s leadership, and youth-led social impact.
