Chelsea Rice

Chelsea is a Berkeley graduate, a fledgling humanitarian and a graduate student at King's College, London. She is an avid blogger and photographer as well as world traveler. She has traveled and worked extensively throughout East Africa, notably Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. Chelsea specializes in wartime atrocities and international conflict. Her undergraduate thesis titled, "The Silent War: A Jurisprudential History of Wartime Rape" was nominated for highest honors.
