Chelsey Finan

Born in 1992, American artist Chelsey Finan grew up in New Richmond, OH taking art classes at New Richmond High School with an interest in photography. In order to continue her studies she was accepted to the University of Cincinnati as an exploratory student. During her freshman year, she decided to continue her studies in art and was accepted to the Fine Arts program in DAAP at UC. Currently working with photography, she is in her fourth year of studies and will graduate in April 2014.
