Chelsey Bradley

Consultant, Professor, and Educator in Charleston, SC

Dr. Bradley currently serves dual roles as Chief of Research and Systems Development at American Alliance of Innovative Systems and as an adjunct professor at both Converse College and the College of Education.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education with a focus on English Language Arts and Social Studies, and a Master of Education in Teaching, Learning, and Advocacy with a concentration in Gifted and Talented Education from the College of Charleston. Her teaching experience spans elementary, middle, and high school levels in both private and public school settings. She holds a Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Bradley was affiliated with the Oxford Education Society and the New College Middle Common Room at the University of Oxford. She conducted research on communities of practice, social learning theory, and constructivism. Dr. Bradley also served as a Visiting Fellow in Education at the University of Buckingham in England, delivering lectures on Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Extension Activities tailored for gifted and talented students.

Dr. Bradley opened a STEAM middle school as an Instructional Coach for two years. She transitioned to the high school setting, serving as the Academy Coach and Testing Coordinator for three years. She then worked at the district level in Berkeley County School District, initially as the K-12 ELA Coordinator and later as the 6-12 ELA Coordinator, overseeing 48 schools over three years. Since 2018, she has specialized in teaching a range of graduate-level courses focusing on gifted and talented education.

Dr. Bradley's expertise includes gifted education, curriculum development, data analysis, and systems development.

She lives in Charleston, SC with her two boys (four year old and one year old) and her husband. She loves to spend time with family and friends, travel when she can, read fantasy, and make pic collages!
