Chelsie Owen

Chelsie “Rashae” Owen is a junior at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She is currently studying Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Her anticipated date of graduation is May 2015.

Rashae’s passion lies in Human Resources. She has had the opportunity to do contract work in the Human Resource department for Mosaic Potash Inc. in Carlsbad, New Mexico, for the past two summers. With this opportunity, she not only gained professional office experience but also introduced her to the career path she hopes to pursue. Human Resource interests Rashae with its diversity in daily tasks. She enjoyed being able to connect with the employees on a personable level as well as learn of the different positions and departments that together make the plant operate. Rashae is a driven, hard-working young woman who uses her organiztion and time-management skills to complete each task correctly.
