- I create and improve the Value Proposition of a product to make it sellable and create a need customers want to pay for
- I create Sales strategies and processes to grow the business and increase revenue, winning new customers
- I build high-performing Sales teams to deliver results
- I work with Product, Design and Engineering teams to improve the PMF and increase our market share
- I identify our ICP and target them from sales and marketing, increasing marketshare

I’ve done the above over the past 20+ years at companies like Dropbox, Eventbrite and Personio
