Hi! I'm Chelsey, and I'm on a mission to change my life. A few months ago I made the decision to ditch dieting for good. I also decided to ditch the scale, and my very strict and intense workout routines. Scary right? Surely the result would be an empty cookie jar and a larger waist line. Well, whatever!

My goal is to love myself, all the time, even if that is with a belly full of cookies...

I hope to someday rewire my brain so that I do not look at everything as a number... "I bet I gained 5 lbs this week... I bet that cookie has 400 calories... I bet I've had over 300 carbs today... I need to burn 600 calories at the gym today". This obsession I have with numbers has taken up a lot of my life for a long time. I'm ready to let it go and move onto other things in life. I'm ready to find balance and to find some more important goals then the number of carbs or calories I eat in a day.
