Joel Chester Pagulayan

Hey! I'm Cheng, a 23-year-old queer development communicator, licensed environmental planner, and gender equality advocate. In my almost 3 years of professional experience, I have been exposed in project management, research and development, science communication, and IEC development in the fields of agriculture, climate science and finance, low carbon development, among others.

I am also a young activist in the Philippines passionate about the LGBTQIA+ rights, climate justice, social democracy, and youth participation.

In my free time, I like to volunteer and listen to his favorite artists’ music and podcasts.
