程小雨 Christine Cheng

I occupy the intersection between fashion, finance and technology.

I worked as investment banker in Asia for two and half years, sourcing and executing cross-border acquisitions, divestures, JVs and capital raising. Prior to that I worked in fashion in New York, helping US brands expand in China through JV, licensing and e-commerce, and in China, sourcing global brands and business partners for a Chinese fashion e-commerce company. Prior to that, I worked in project management at the headquarter of a Fortune 500 company in Europe.

Combining my multi-disciplinary competencies and extensive networks in fashion, finance and technology sectors in Asia and US, I am now working in three capacities:

- Technology: developing a social media product for the Chinese market
- Blogging/Writing: I write for my own blog and leading Chinese media groups
- Advisory: for startup companies seeking financing or operational partnerships, and US/ European brands looking for Asian expansion or strategic opportunities
