born and brought up in christian backround , and went to adventist school where he developed christian principles , he join college to pursue Information communication technology and 2008, volunteered at Intenational Humanity foundation in kenya later pursued procurement and supplies ,he is elected to represent youth inMondi Division , chairman of Kokore youth group and Divisional youth leader, worked to developed the management of Nginyang youth polytechnic, champion with other youth to reinstate the name of their Division, announce his candidency for county assembly member in the year 2009 in line with the current constitution, campaigned for Democracy and free political choice in the Tiyatiy constituency and Baringo county at learge.

He believe in power sharing and ideas exchange, fredrick is among the few who believe in self confidence and power o.f mind and tool that superseeds money
