My name is Kemi Adefarakan. I am a wife, mother of 2 great boys, an author, a speaker and a lawyer. I am in love with God, and I am passionate about helping people. I thought I had made too my mistakes, taken too many wrong turns. That God could not use me, a Pastor's daughter who had journeyed far away from home. One that had too many issues and was living in condemnation and guilt. I thought I had been in the trash too long to be treasure. In my book "From Trash to Treasure, I show you that no matter how flawed you think you are, you are still treasure. We are God's treasure. God will use the good, bad and the ugly and He will produce a great masterpiece.

I don't have to be perfect to be used by God. He will use me with my flaws because it is His power at work in my life.

Stop seeing yourself through the distorted lens of others. Begin to see yourself the way God sees you; loved, treasured, forgiven, redeemed, His masterpiece.
