Cheri Hull

Cheri is a native of Southern California, a graduate of Cal Poly University, and has lived and worked in North Orange County for over 35 years. She is known to be a good listener, a sage adviser, and a shrewd negotiator. She began her real estate profession as Rookie of the Year and has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer throughout her successful career. She has completed a number of advanced educational courses, including Pepperdine’s esteemed Art of Negotiating. As the former owner of a successful corporation who interfaced daily with Wal*Mart, Cheri is able to apply her proven marketing, negotiating, and innovative technical skills to her real estate career.
