Born and raised in Cornwall, nestled in the crook of a large and loving family of fishermen, lifeboatmen, strong resourceful women and a close knit, supportive community. I have tasted the flavours of Australia and the Middle East and want to discover the world! I'm passionate about all things to do with horses, from hunting on my Shetland pony at age 4, through hairy native ponies, reliable grumpy cobs, scatty long legged thoroughbreds and my new love affair with the beautiful and languine Lusitano. I spend too many hours working to pay for all the dreams I have but I love working with people, everyday a new challenge! What a treat! Was brought here for Sunday lunch by a dear friend and had a gorgeous time. Was treated like royalty by Cherish (who is a real life angel) and the rest of the team. Excellent food (I'm dairy free and it was no problem - I especially recommend the wonderful sorbet ice-creams). We sat with a view of the river and a glass of delicious Camel Valley fizz before lunch in the dining room. Finished off with Sunday papers by the open fire. Perfect!
