On Writing: Everyone has a story to tell and something of value to impart to someone else. What I write comes from within. My printed words are the lessons I've learned from living. Thus my mantra: I live. I learn. I write.

On Speaking: There is power in the spoken word. Power to engage, power to empower, and power to elevate. Whether in the board room, in your home, in the pulpit or center stage, the words that we speak can literally change the lives of the listener. I choose to use my words to change their lives for the better.

On Coaching: Nineteen years...19 years (cough, cough) coaching people on achieving their personal and professional goals. It's something that comes naturally to me...helping others identify their passion and purpose and developing a plan to pursue and profit from it. This is what ignites my soul.
