A member of the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Cherith Roberts is an educational administrator based in Tennessee. Most recently, she served as assistant principal at Holston View Elementary in Bristol, where she worked with staff, teachers, parents, and approximately 400 students on matters pertaining to scheduling, curriculum support, special education, and other operational concerns. Cherith Roberts was named interim principal during the 2007-2008 school year and worked as elementary summer school principal for Bristol’s summertime reading initiative.

Prior to assuming an administrative role, Dr. Roberts taught fifth and sixth graders at Avoca Elementary, also in Bristol, and was named to the Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers from 2004 to 2006.

Cherith Roberts holds a doctor of education with a focus on school leadership and special education from East Tennessee State University, where she completed a dissertation pertaining to elementary benchmark assessments. She received a master of education in educational leadership from the same institution.
