As Kartes & Associates, I am a seasoned facilitator of virtual and face-to-face meetings in all sectors, locally to internationally. I also serve as a process coach, consultant, and visual practitioner.

• designing and leading small to large group processes for you, that are eventful, engage full participation, and enable groups to transform input and discussion into shared decisions, working agreements, and focused action.
• combining art based methods and a participatory facilitation processes to gain deeper understanding or to increase creativity and insight.
• teaching or facilitating visual thinking skills, or visually mapping an issue.
• inviting colleagues to help with the largest, most complicated issues or group sizes, (e.g. city-wide participation in strategic planning).
