I have been working with computers and the Internet for close to twenty years now.

I have worked as a Web Production Assistant and an Internet Developer. I've done Customer Service and Technical support.

The past few years I have worked remotely for Amazon, TreeRing and Apple as a Customer Support Specialist.

I have also worked in eCommerce selling on Amazon eBay and other sites.

I did a few years working in retail at Walt Disney World. While it was fun to dress up as a pirate and and see fireworks every night, my passion is computers and the Internet.

I worked at Hearst Media as a Web Production assistant.

Before that I worked for a start up company that created a site to sell all things computer, it was eventually brought out by Office Depot.

I have also been involved with online support groups for many years.

Besides being an awesome tool to find out anything at any time, the internet is a lifeline for so many people who are otherwise cut off from the world due to illness or location.
