As a customer service professional with over 25 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to serve in diverse roles across numerous industries. I am a results-oriented individual with a singular goal of providing outstanding service to clients, customers, and coworkers. I am a native of Southern California and have worked in the state since graduating from Heritage International High School in Downey.

After completing my high school education in 1999, I entered the workforce, first serving as a shift manager for a nationally-known restaurant chain. In 2003, I joined a prominent staffing agency as a personal assistant. After two years, I launched my own caretaker/personal assistant placement agency while continuing to work in the service field. During this time, I gained valuable skills as an executive assistant in the financial services, giving me the ability to adapt to the needs of my employers. Among my skills are:

In 2021, I joined Internetzone I, Inc. in Fullerton, California – a company that offers a full range of personalized digital marketing and web development services to the business community. As the company’s Business Account Consultant, my role here is to serve as the first point of contact between our clients and our digital marketing team. I have optimized client tracking and management systems to provide unparalleled communication between clients and our team as well as handling onboarding and client meetings. In addition to my work with clients, I also spearhead sales efforts for the company by identifying prospective leads and sharing our work and our abilities with them.

Throughout my work experiences, I have demonstrated a keen ability to adapt to changing demands. My organizational skills and abilities in multitasking have made me an integral part of the operational teams with which I have worked. I continue to acquire new skills in project management and to leverage my talents as a customer service professional without peer.
