Cheryl Villanueva
Realtor Broker in San Francisco, California
If you had met me when I was little & asked me, "What do you want to be when you grow up?", I would have said, "A cocktail lounge singer with a fur around my neck, laying across a piano singing, "Ebony & Ivory". After watching an episode of the Love Boat, I changed my mind to becoming a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader.
As I grew older, my career aspirations evolved into wanting to become an attorney-at- law and eventually, the First Woman President of The United States of America.
So….naturally, I became a realtor. :)
Fulfilling my #1 human driving force of helping others & living up to my surname "Villanueva" (which literally means "New House") becoming a realtor and helping good people like you find a new place to call "home" is innate. You could say I was born to do it.
By helping others reach their home ownership goals of buying or selling real estate, I was able to achieve my own dreams. I purchased a duplex & single family home in 2003. In 2006, I sold my home in Pacifica and moved into Lower Noe Valley. I have actual, first hand experience on what it's like to be a buyer, trade-up buyer, landlord, real estate investor and eventually a home seller.
With that real world experience and perspective, I'm able to best serve my clients because I know what's most important to each person through the home buying or selling process. I understand and know how to strategize so my clients achieve their desired results effectively and efficiently.
In 2011 during the 4th year of the economic recession, along with my sister and business partner, we had the guts, courage & knowledge to open Achievers Realty Group, a family-run, boutique office. This year, we celebrate our 5th Year in Business.
Thanks for learning more about me.
Now, How Can I Be of Service?
