Cheryl Wolf

I'm a librarian for two co-located elementary schools in Manhattan's East Village. My goal is to ignite kids' passions for reading and learning. Our library has an impressive and growing graphic novel collection, as well as the specialized collection of children's cookbooks for NYC school libraries.

Trained in art history, I see the picture book as a form of art that's accessible to children. I'm currently developing a makerspace devoted to coding and textile arts for children and their families.
