I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which only 4% of Realtors nationwide have achieved. This designation requires specific achievements to be met including production based on dollar amount as well as number of transactions handled. I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) which again, required extensive hours and training that allow me to offer you the finest skills and expertise available. In addition, I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker. By having my broker's license, I have knowledge in all aspects of real estate. The way I see it, the more education and training I have, the more risk I can protect you from, as well as market and promote your property if you are selling, and negotiate a quick and efficient offer from inception of a contract to closing if you are a buyer. I graduated from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1982.
