I am a hardworking, results driven graduate with a passion for teaching chess to children. I have been a chess competitor for 15 years and have been coaching for the last eight years. Currently, I am a national expert with a peak rating of 2115 USCF.

During my younger years, I used to compete actively and I discovered my passion for teaching at age 15 once I began working at Chess4Life. Over the years, I have continued to improve my chess skills and my coaching style to help my students think logically and strategically when they have to make an important decision over the board. The greatest gift of being a chess coach is seeing my students improve, and develop as passion for the game just as I have.

I have a proven track record in developing relationships with new clients, maintaining professional relationships with my current clients, and aligning objectives with the services that I provide. I ask questions proactively to understand the root problems facing my students and I always strive to find the best solution.

The true beauty of chess comes from its universality and timelessness. Chess has always been an outlet for me and I hope to imbibe that to all of my students.
