Hello!

My name is Cheyna. Between my post secondary studies at X University I make fashion and lifestyle content on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Youtube to inspire midsize/plus sized women to take up space! I use my platform to discuss human rights issues and use my privilege to help make any difference I can. With a decade of experience on social media I have learned how to use it as an effective tool to create, learn and teach. As I complete my university degree in New Media Studies I have acquired not only theoretical knowledge on how creative practices like vlogging/blogging can cultivate communities, but I also have had the hands on experience. The skills I have accumulated have allowed me to discover my passion for using social media for self expression and community building. Using my personal experiences and this knowledge I will continue to make content for not just myself but marginalized communities especially plus sized Black Women.
