Chineme brings over 20 years of leadership experience in education and international development across Europe, the United States, and Africa. She has led programs in conflict-affected regions and designed initiatives supporting teens navigating the US juvenile justice system, giving her a uniquely global perspective on education and social change. She also mentors young entrepreneurs committed to social impact and serves on several boards.
She is the co-founder of Girls Gearing Up International Leadership Academy, an award-winning organization with hubs in Germany, India, and Malawi that equips teenage girls with leadership skills and confidence.
As co-founder of Linden Global Learning—a trusted partner to international schools since 2015—Chineme helped build one of the first global, full-spectrum learning support agencies. Today, Linden supports students worldwide through a network of over 100 multidisciplinary specialists. She leads the organization’s professional development programs, designing workshops that help educators create inclusive, equitable, and effective learning environments.
Her expertise in organizational development centers on building cultures where kindness, belonging, and excellence are lived values. She translates vision into action—designing innovative programs, strengthening systems, and cultivating workplaces that bring out the best in people.
Chineme holds degrees in international relations and conflict studies, as well as diplomas in organizational development and coaching.
