We are a small boutique business helping travellers to Thailand secure excellent accommodation in Chiang Mai or Krabi.
We speak both Thai and English.
MINNY is originally from the Eastern part of Thailand. She met PETER online in 2014 and have been together ever since.
We live on a farm located 40 mins south of Chiang Mai near the elephant camps of Mae Wang and Thailand tallest Mountain Doi Inthanon.
Here's Peter's short story:
In May 2014, I arrived in Chiang Mai Northern Thailand to begin a 4 month internship for a digital marketing company.
Like so many others before me, by the time it came to return to Australia, Chiang Mai had managed to cast its magic wand and weave over me a spell of serenity that remains to this day.
I did return to Australia - but only long enough to sell my possessions and pack my film equipment.
At that time, Chiang Mai was the world HQ for the digital nomad movement - so I had a ton of help to shift my on-stage income to online. I also
* I fell in love (and still am)
* I bought a condo which was great value. I would never be able to afford this luxury in Oz
* I felt the same freedom I had as a teenager in Australia
* I needed to learn to relax and stay calm and stop focussing on work
* I wanted my money to go further and not get eaten up in taxes (like in Australia)
* I could take a day off and Goof Around and not feel guilty that I should be working to pay rent
* I wasn't constantly worried about money as the cost of living is low
* I wanted a simple life
Thailand is far from perfect. But I feel I've added another 20 years to my life by moving here.
