I'm an experience designer by trade, a librarian by training, and an information architect by heart. Since 2000, I've worked with companies of all kinds, shapes, and sizes to do one thing: help their customers more easily reach their goals.

I'm a freelance experience designer at my own company, 3 Cats Studio. Before heading out on my own, I worked as an experience design consultant at Adaptive Path and information architect at Argus Associates. I was also the in-house information architect at PeopleSoft.com.
