She is the founder “Dare Women for Change Initiative”, a skill based platform on a mission to educate, empower and equip women, while promoting gender equality through volunteering, advocacy and training.

For her interest to see that women develop skills to match up the recent times, evolve and get involved, Regina founded “Capacity Building Network”, an online development and lifestyle community for Phenomenal women, to uplevel their minds and skills in other to drive the social change they envision.

As a Women Capacity Coach, Regina has mentored programs over a hundred young girls and women to find and lead the path of impact and influence.

She is the lead Trainer of “THE EMERGENCE” a Purpose Clarity and Capacity Course for an evolving woman, which has earned numerous transformational testimonials and reviews from participants.

As a Personal brand, Regina has consulted, partnered with organizations and chaired committees to birth projects that promote gender equality and support women empowerment.

For her efforts and contributions in promoting gender equality, advocating against issues that affect the girl child and women and contributing to the development of women, Regina has graced in honor and merit, regcognitions and awards across Africa.
